About

A property marketplace for Georgia

What this marketplace is, and what it does not claim to be.

What this marketplace is

Properties in Georgia is a listing marketplace for property in Georgia. Listings are published by the owners, agents and developers who submit them, and are checked against the platform's publication rules before they appear.

The platform does not inspect properties, does not confirm title, and does not act as a party to any transaction. Where a listing or a profile shows a platform check, that check is named explicitly and covers only what was actually reviewed.

How the platform works

Listings come from the people who publish them; the platform reviews them against its rules, says plainly what it checked, and takes them down when their period ends.

  1. Content review before publication

Every listing is checked against the publication rules before it appears. Payment for a plan does not publish a listing and does not mean it was approved.

  2. Authority to publish

Owners, agents and developers declare the basis on which they publish. What the platform confirmed is stated on the listing in those words — nothing broader.

  3. Publication windows expire

A listing is published for a defined period. When that period ends the listing stops being public, and both the expiry date and the renewal option are shown to its owner.
